  • What are the admission requirements for Online Learning courses?

    The Online Learning program currently operates in semesters and each online course is spread over 3 semesters.


  • How long do I have to complete a course?

    Each course has 3 levels and each level will be completed in 3 months before moving to the next. The whole course takes up to 9 months of the designated term in which they are offered.

  • What do Aynek Global Academy online courses cost?

    The tuition for Aynek Global Academy online courses corresponds to the tuition rates and varies depending on the course you choose.

  • How do I contact my course instructor?

    Instructors stay in touch with their Online Learners in a variety of ways - on the basis of the course design. Your instructor will explain the best way to reach him or her within the course home pages. 

    You may communicate with your instructor through discussion groups, chat rooms, email, or by telephone.


  • What are the technical requirements for registering in Aynek Global Academy online courses?     

    All the courses require a stable internet connection and desktop, laptop, IPad or smartphone. Our online courses are offered through interactions with the instructor and other students via email, discussion boards, interactive chat rooms, and video conferences.  
                 

  • What are the acceptable payment methods?

    Acceptable payment methods are mentioned on the Pricing page. However, we accept the universal mode of credit card/visa and PayPal. 

    What methods will be used to teach my chosen online course?                                           

    The methods vary according to the choice of course and the instructor but would essentially include pre-recorded or synchronous lectures, videos, podcasts, PowerPoint slides, interactive chat rooms, and more.

    How much time will I spend in my virtual classroom?

    You should plan to spend at least 45 -60 minutes in your virtual classroom.

    Are there prerequisites or language requirements?

    There are no prerequisites. Our courses are open to 5-17 years old students from all backgrounds. All courses are conducted in English. Video lectures include English subtitles and there are options to slow down, pause, or replay the lectures for better retention.

    What is the right age for my child to enroll?

    If your child is comfortable independently using a computer, then it is a great time to start with us -- typically around age 5 and up Our course sequence is designed for students starting from ages 5 all the way through high school. You can view our Academic level courses that suits your child best.What is the right age for my child to enroll? 

    Will the classes be conducted at a specific time?


    All classes are conducted from 6 pm to 7 pm however, the overseas students must adhere to the corresponding time zone in respect to their location.
